Sessions paid for are non-refundable unless there is a genuine medical condition certified by a doctors note.
Sessions are non-transferable
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Classes held at outdoor venues on grass are weather dependent. If the ground is deemed to be too wet and so unsafe you will be notified on the day if the class is cancelled.
At the end of the term any owed classes will be automatically applied to your account as credit that can be used for future classes. If you prefer a refund for classes cancelled due to weather please contact us directly within 7 days of the term ending and we will process your request.
ATTENDANCE
A Parent/guardian must be present throughout the whole class for each child in the 4-7 year old age group. If you have another parent/guardian taking responsibility for your child during the class you must inform the coach prior to or on arrival at each class.
LATENESS
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the child arrives on time to be ready to start the session at the stated time.
If a child is late for a session, the session will still end at the previously schedule time. If the child is more than fifteen minutes late the child may not be able to attend and the client will still be charged. This is to ensure all children are warmed up correctly and to minimise disruption.
If a parent/guardian are late collecting their child/children coaches will wait with the child. If after thirty minutes we have not heard from the parent/guardian we will attempt to contact parent/guardian. If no contact can be made the child will be taken to the nearest police station.
ATTIRE
Parent/guardian is responsible for the child wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. If the coach is in the opinion that the child's attire should pose a risk to safety the child will not be able to take part in the session or ended at the parent/guardian expense.
MEDICAL
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at claire.spurway@gmail.com, 07939 987906.
You must refrain from bringing your child to a class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Five Star Athletics or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
BEHAVIOUR
Five Star Athletics reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour
