A NEW after-school World Class Children's Athletics Program for years 1-6 at St Monica's Primary School, ONLY.
This class is a fantastic introduction to athletics for children ages 5-11 years old, enabling children to discover what athletics is and learn basic techniques and rules of different athletic disciplines. This is a structured program with a warm up, an athletics event, relays and athletic games. Children will learn how to run, jump and throw. Improving agility, balance, co-ordination and confidence.
